OUR PROJECT

ONE ECOSYSTEM. MULTIPLE POSSIBILITIES

Built around the economics of integration – where Sugar establishes the foundation,
Biofuels and Clean Energy expand the value chain and every resource carries purpose beyond its first use.

THE FOUNDATION

ROOTED IN SUGAR DESIGNED FOR MORE.

Sugar is where the ecosystem begins. At Rokdoba, it forms the industrial foundation for a wider value architecture—one that carries the potential of sugarcane beyond its primary product. Molasses moves into ethanol and future value-added derivatives; press mud and agricultural residues open a pathway to CBG; bagasse becomes a source of renewable power through cogeneration. What begins with one crop is designed to move through multiple value chains.

That foundation is reinforced by location. The complex sits within a core sugarcane growing belt, placing its principal agricultural resource close to the heart of operations. With sugarcane cultivation across the region continuing to expand, the site carries strategic depth beyond proximity, a strengthening resource base that supports the project’s integrated scale while creating headroom for expansion as the ecosystem evolves.

FORESIGHT IN PRACTICE

DESIGNED FOR PERFORMANCE. STRUCTURED FOR SCALE

At Rokdoba, Foresight takes shape in the way the complex is engineered. The plant is conceived as a modern, technology led industrial ecosystem. Its architecture is benchmarked against global standards, with machinery, process systems and utilities selected for proven performance, precision and reliability.

Every choice is considered as part of a larger whole. Each operation connects intelligently with the next to improve efficiency, reduce avoidable consumption and draw greater value from the same resource base.

Advanced where advancement creates an advantage. Proven where consistency matters. Adaptable where tomorrow may demand more. Automation, energy efficiency and resource recovery are woven into the architecture from the outset. Together, these choices shape one coherent industrial system—disciplined in operation, purposeful in design and structured to scale with evolving markets and technologies.

THE VALUE ARCHITECTURE

ONE RESOURCE. VALUE IN MANY FORMS

Integration carries value well beyond sugar. Molasses advances into ethanol, placing biofuels at the centre of the value architecture while opening pathways to higher-value ethanol derivatives and emerging bio-based products. Bagasse moves into cogeneration, supporting the complex’s own power requirements, strengthening energy self-reliance and enabling surplus electricity to flow to the grid. Compressed Biogas CBG extends the energy portfolio further, producing a renewable gaseous fuel suited to CNG applications and wider gas-based uses. Press mud and agricultural residues provide the resource base for this pathway, with organic fertilizer emerging as an additional productive stream.

The architecture reaches further. Recoverable streams, including carbon dioxide and other process-derived products, are considered for additional value. Zero Liquid Discharge brings water and process management into the same integrated discipline. Across the complex, the principle remains consistent: the first product is not the end of the value chain.

BEYOND TODAY

BUILT FOR WHAT COMES NEXT

The architecture is designed to keep evolving. Ethanol creates pathways beyond fuel into a wider generation of bio-based products, while the energy portfolio extends closer to the market through a future network of branded Ethanol-fuelling and CNG stations. Solar forms the next horizon of clean-energy integration. Beyond it lies the potential of Green Hydrogen an opportunity to be explored as technology, economics and markets mature.

Each step carries the project toward a broader energy future: deeper value addition, greater resource efficiency and a progressively lower-carbon industrial ecosystem. With an outlook that reaches beyond domestic markets, the platform is structured to evolve with global opportunities while remaining grounded in the resources and strengths from which it began. The direction is clear—not simply to produce more, but to create more from what we produce.
